At the end of the day, sometimes you don’t win.

No matter how good you might get at trading it is not possible to win all the time, to keep a 100 percent win-rate.

There will come a day when you simply have to stop and just let the market go. Times when your strategy will fail to yield profits no matter how hard you try. That is the nature of markets. It can sometimes misbehave and give you horrible results.

I find that in those kinds of sessions, the best thing to do is to hold yourself from revenge trading, pause for the day and return to the market another day. And when you do, be sure to focus on what you did wrong and the little things you can do to avoid mistakes.
